Alongside video surveillance and controlled access, careful preparation helps protect your belongings. Only share access details with people authorised to use your unit. Do not write codes on boxes or keys or post them in public messages.
Photograph your belongings and make a note of their condition before storing them. Talk to us before booking if you have particularly valuable or delicate items. Read the terms of your chosen protection package. They explain what is covered, what is excluded and what evidence you would need to make a claim.
