Our standard mailbox is 30 cm wide, 50 cm deep and 15 cm high. It holds letters, documents and small parcels. Measure packages with all wrapping and padding included, and check the height as well as the width and depth.

Yes. Our mailbox service is available to people living abroad as well as residents of Mallorca. Arrange your documents and key collection with the team and explain how often you expect to collect your mail.

How much does a PO box in Palma cost?

Use our price page for current mailbox availability and the applicable monthly price. For a business address or a combination with parcel reception and storage, contact us for an offer that matches your requirements.

Can I have parcels sent to my mailbox?

Letters and small parcels can be received when they fit within 30 × 50 × 15 cm. For larger packages, discuss parcel acceptance and a locker or storage unit before arranging delivery.

Can I use the address for my company?

We offer a business correspondence address. Tell us your intended use so we can confirm the service and documents. If an authority or register needs a specific type of address, establish those requirements before you book.

What identification do I need?

Bring a valid identity card or passport. Business customers also need proof of business activity. Check with our office before your visit if you are arranging the service for a company.

Will my mail be forwarded while I am abroad?

Forwarding is not automatically included. Contact our office to find out whether we can forward your post and what arrangements are needed. If you prefer to collect it, we can discuss how much space you will need until you return.

Is a PO box the same as a locker?

No. A mailbox is designed for correspondence and small deliveries. A locker provides more storage space for boxes and belongings. If you need both parcel reception and storage, our team can help you combine the appropriate services.

Can I rent for a short stay?

Flexible rental periods are available. Discuss your expected dates with the office and review the current booking conditions before confirming your mailbox.
