The period of notice is determined by the term of the contract: monthly contracts have a notice period of 14 (or 7) days to the end of the rental period. Weekly contracts have a notice period of one day to the end of the rental period.

As our customer, you can store your goods as long as you want.
Please bring your identity card or passport. In addition, the first rent and the deposit (the deposit has the amount of one month’s rent) are due directly at the conclusion of the contract. The same applies to online rentals.

No, unfortunately the parcel acceptance service is only available for customers.
However, you can book a small unit or locker from EUR 25 per month to use this service.
For smaller parcels or letters, you can also use our mailboxes, which are available from EUR 15 per month.
We provide the free storage space, but not the storage logistics. For you, this means that you as a customer are responsible for the storage and retrieval of goods in your storage room. We run a moving store at our location where you can buy practical moving utensils such as boxes, stretch film or packing blankets.

Yes, you take out insurance for your stored goods with us, based on the value of the stored items. This insurance covers individually all damages with.
