Note: You can change and adjust your parcel acceptance option at any time. We accept parcels weighing up to 20 kg. For larger shipments, please contact our office in advance.

Plan deliveries when you cannot be there
Working in Mallorca, travelling often or expecting business deliveries? Our parcel acceptance service means you do not have to be there for every delivery. Tell us what is arriving before the first shipment. We will agree how to receive it, where to store it and when you can collect it.
Let us know roughly how many parcels you expect and their size. Check with us before ordering anything heavy or bulky. Furniture and larger deliveries need separate transport and storage arrangements.

Can I collect a parcel at any time?
It depends on the storage and services you have booked. Units and lockers are accessible 24/7. Storage cages are accessible once a month by appointment. Agree when and where to collect your parcels with our office before having them sent to us.
