Location and accessibility: How to get to MallorcaStorage?

MallorcaStorage is located in the industrial area in Son Castelló, Palma de Mallorca. It is not only the heart of the island but also the largest and most important industrial area of Mallorca.

Located near the highway and close to Palma, it offers the perfect location for people from the Palma area, whether they are professionals or individuals. Our building is in front of the old fire station, easily recognizable with its massive tower.

By car/truck:

coming from the west:

• drive on the road Ma-20
• Take exit B5 and follow the signs to Valldemossa/Son Espases/Universitat/Planas
• At the traffic circle take the 3rd exit onto Carretera de Valldemossa Ma-110
• At the next traffic circle take the 1st exit and stay on Ma-110
• Take the exit towards Soller/Son Castello and drive onto Cami dels Reis
• in the following traffic circle take the 2nd exit
• after 500m take the 1st exit in another traffic circle
• after 400m you have reached your destination MallorcaStorage

coming from the east:

• drive on the road Ma-20
• Take exit 5A direction Hipodrom/Soller Centre ciutat on the road Ma-11
• take the 1st exit at the traffic circle
• in the following traffic circle take the 1st exit as well
• after 400m you have reached your destination MallorcaStorage

By public transport:

with the bus: nearby stops

with the Metro: Station called Camí dels Reis Estació (307).

Parking:

Since you will probably have loading or unloading scheduled most of the time during your visits, we have made sure that you can always park as close to your unit as possible and that the distances are as short and easy as possible to save you a lot of time. At the same time, we want to protect the building and all units accordingly and only allow access to those who own a storage unit with us.

When you install an indoor unit and drive your vehicle towards our building, you will be stopped at a large gate like all visitors. As soon as you enter your personal code there, the gate will automatically open for you and you can drive on and drive right in front of the building. From there, you can then conveniently use our cargo carts to transport your items into the building and on to your unit. For units in the 1. or 2nd floor, you can easily use our freight elevator at any time.

If you have a outdoor unit you can park directly in front of your unit with your vehicle. The way to some outdoor units is also through the large parking lot in front of the building, so to pass through the gate you need to enter the personal code as well, so that it opens and closes automatically. The gate’s security system recognizes that you own a unit by your personal code, which is the same as for your unit, and thus grants access to the building only to owners.

For orientation, we have placed signage throughout the building so you can find your unit quickly and easily.
